Can the training courses I purchase be reimbursed?

If the training courses do not meet your expectations, particularly due to technical problems, the simplest recourse is often to exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal when it is available to you, if your reason is valid: tools proposed in the training courses not functional, information no longer valid, I will gladly refund you.

In accordance with order no. 2021-1734 of December 22, 2021, by subscribing to one of my training courses you waive the right of withdrawal under certain conditions:

1. If the contract concerns a service that has been fully completed before the end of the withdrawal period.
2. If the contract concerns digital content without material support (such as videos or audio files) whose execution began before the end of the withdrawal period.

It is therefore crucial to be vigilant before waiving this right, bearing in mind that such waiver must comply with specific formal conditions.

To sum up: if you're not happy with the content, you won't be able to cancel your order, as you'll be explicitly waiving this right when you purchase the course. BUT, if the content turns out to be wrong or out of date, I'll gladly refund you, the reason being completely valid for me.
