Mobile app privacy policy

Updated May 1, 2026

This privacy policy explains how CHOSSIERE Loic, a sole proprietor based in France, processes certain data in connection with the use of his mobile applications, websites, related services and calculation tools.

This policy applies to the mobile applications published by CHOSSIERE Loic, in particular calculation, productivity, management, estimation, simulation and tracking applications, as well as related services available on Android, iOS or the web.

Depending on the case, the applications concerned may include tools for calculating a markup coefficient, a margin, a percentage, loan repayments, prices, rates, subscriptions or other similar calculations.

Some applications are free, some may show advertising, some may offer paid features or subscriptions, and some may work with or without a user account.

1. Data controller

The data controller is:

CHOSSIERE Loic
Sole proprietor
France
Email: contact@manage-ads.com
Website: loicchossiere.fr

For any question about this privacy policy or the use of your data, you can contact us at:

contact@manage-ads.com

2. Data processed depending on the application used

The data processed may vary depending on the application used, the features enabled, your platform, your consent choices, your country of residence and the type of offer used.

Depending on the application, the following data may be processed:

  • data entered in calculation forms;
  • calculation results;
  • calculation history, where the feature exists;
  • application preferences;
  • user account information, where an account is offered;
  • email address, if you create an account or contact support;
  • internal user identifier;
  • subscription or purchase data;
  • technical information about the device;
  • diagnostic, performance or crash data;
  • advertising data and advertising identifiers, when ads are shown;
  • IP address;
  • advertising consent information;
  • data necessary for security, fraud prevention and the proper operation of the services.

Not all applications collect all of this data.

3. Applications without a user account

Some applications work without creating an account.

In that case, calculations may be performed directly on your device. When calculations are performed locally, the values entered are not sent to our servers, unless a specific feature requires synchronisation, backup, remote analysis, an online history or another server-side process clearly related to the operation of the application.

Some preferences may be stored locally on your device, for example display settings, privacy preferences or consent choices.

4. Applications with a user account

Some applications may offer or require the creation of a user account.

In that case, we may process certain data necessary to create, sign in to, manage and secure the account, in particular:

  • email address;
  • user identifier;
  • encrypted password or secure authentication mechanism;
  • account creation date;
  • subscription status;
  • preferences associated with the account;
  • data voluntarily saved by the user;
  • history or content related to the use of the application, where the feature is offered.

This data is used to give access to the service, synchronise certain information, secure the account, provide the requested features and manage access rights to free or paid features.

5. Calculation data

Depending on the application, you may enter values such as amounts, prices, rates, coefficients, margins, repayments, durations, income, expenses, percentages or other data needed for the requested calculation.

Depending on the application and the features available:

  • these calculations may be performed locally on your device;
  • some values may be sent to our servers to provide a remote feature;
  • some values may be saved in a local or online history;
  • some values may be associated with your account if you use a backup, synchronisation or subscription feature.

We use this data only to provide the requested feature, display the results, allow backup or synchronisation where these options exist, improve the reliability of the service and ensure the technical security of the application.

We recommend that you do not enter unnecessary sensitive data in the calculation fields.

6. Hosting, database and technical infrastructure

Some applications may use server infrastructure to provide online features, manage accounts, back up certain data, synchronise information, process requests or secure the service.

The technical services used may include in particular:

  • Railway, for hosting applications, APIs or backend services;
  • Neon, for hosting or managing databases;
  • Cloudflare, for security, performance, network routing, abuse protection or content delivery.

Depending on the application, the data processed by these services may include account data, functional data, technical logs, IP addresses, server requests, diagnostic data, technical identifiers or data necessary for the operation of the service.

These providers act as technical suppliers and may process the data necessary for the hosting, security, availability and performance of the applications.

7. Advertising in the applications

Some applications may show advertising to fund their development, maintenance and availability.

Ads may be provided by Google AdMob, a mobile advertising service offered by Google.

The ad formats used may include in particular:

  • ads shown when the application opens, also called App Open Ads;
  • interstitial ads shown between two screens or at certain points of navigation;
  • other ad formats that may be integrated depending on the application.

Ads may be personalised or non-personalised depending on your region, your consent choices, your device settings and the applicable rules.

8. Data that may be processed by Google AdMob

When ads are shown, Google AdMob, Google and its advertising partners may process certain technical or advertising data, in particular:

  • IP address;
  • device information;
  • operating system;
  • device language;
  • information about the application;
  • advertising identifiers, where available and authorised;
  • interactions with the application;
  • interactions with ads;
  • diagnostic information;
  • performance information;
  • data necessary for fraud prevention, security, ad measurement and compliance with applicable obligations.

This data may be used to:

  • show ads;
  • limit the repetition of ads;
  • measure ad performance;
  • detect and prevent fraud;
  • ensure the security of advertising services;
  • offer personalised ads where the user consents or where this is permitted.

Google states that the Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares certain data, in particular the IP address, interactions with the application, diagnostic information and device or account identifiers, for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention purposes.

For users located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or any other region where this is required, the applications may display a consent management interface, also called a CMP, to collect and manage privacy choices related to advertising and similar technologies.

This interface may allow you to accept, refuse or customise certain processing, in particular:

  • personalised advertising;
  • ad measurement;
  • storing or accessing information on the device;
  • the use of advertising identifiers;
  • certain processing carried out by advertising partners.

Depending on your choices:

  • personalised ads may be shown if you consent;
  • non-personalised or limited ads may be shown if you refuse certain processing;
  • certain strictly necessary processing may continue in order to ensure technical operation, security, fraud prevention or compliance with legal obligations.

Where the application allows it, you can change your consent choices from within the application, for example through a section such as:

Privacy > Manage my choices

Google provides consent management tools through UMP and, in some cases, requires the use of a certified consent management platform compatible with its advertising policies.

10. Subscriptions, purchases and paid features

Some applications may offer paid features, in-app purchases, subscriptions or premium access.

Subscriptions and access rights may be managed through RevenueCat.

Depending on the platform and the purchase flow, payment may be processed by:

  • Apple App Store;
  • Google Play;
  • Stripe;
  • Paddle;
  • RevenueCat, for managing subscriptions, receipts, access rights and purchase statuses.

RevenueCat may be used to verify purchases, manage access rights, synchronise subscription status across platforms, detect certain abuses, provide subscription statistics and give access to premium features.

Data related to purchases or subscriptions may include:

  • internal user identifier;
  • purchase identifier;
  • product purchased;
  • subscription status;
  • purchase date;
  • expiry date;
  • renewal;
  • cancellation;
  • any refund;
  • purchase platform;
  • receipt or transaction information;
  • data necessary to validate access rights.

RevenueCat states that using its service involves declaring purchase history in the App Store and Google Play privacy forms.

11. Payments via Stripe or Paddle

For some purchases or subscriptions, in particular via the web or certain external flows, payments may be processed by Stripe or Paddle, directly or through RevenueCat.

When you make a payment, the information needed for payment, invoicing, fraud prevention, subscription management and support may be processed by the payment provider concerned.

This data may include in particular:

  • name;
  • email address;
  • billing address;
  • country;
  • means of payment;
  • transaction information;
  • amount paid;
  • currency;
  • payment status;
  • invoice or receipt identifiers;
  • data necessary for tax, accounting, anti-fraud and regulatory management.

We do not directly store your full bank card number. Payment information is processed by the payment providers concerned, under their own privacy and security rules.

Stripe states that it processes transaction data to provide payment, invoicing, fraud prevention and security services to the businesses that use its services. Paddle states that it collects the buyer data necessary for payment, order fulfilment, fraud prevention and support, in particular under its Merchant of Record model.

12. Support data

If you contact us by email with a question, a request for assistance, a suggestion, a complaint, a refund or a bug report, we may receive the data you choose to send us.

This data may include:

  • your email address;
  • your name, if you give it;
  • the content of your message;
  • screenshots;
  • technical information about your device;
  • the application version;
  • information about a purchase or subscription, if your request concerns a payment or premium access.

This data is used only to answer your request, provide support, fix technical problems, verify a purchase or handle a complaint.

13. Notifications

Some applications may offer notifications, for example to remind you of an action, report important information, announce an update or notify you of a feature related to the service.

When notifications are enabled, a technical notification identifier may be processed by the notification platform used.

You can disable notifications at any time from your device settings.

14. Device permissions

The applications only request the permissions necessary for their operation.

Depending on the application, permissions may include:

  • internet access;
  • notifications;
  • local storage;
  • other permissions needed for a specific feature.

Calculation applications generally do not need access to the camera, microphone, contacts, photos or precise GPS location, unless a specific application offers a feature that explicitly requires such permission.

When a permission is requested by the Android or iOS system, you can accept or refuse it from your device settings.

15. Purposes of processing

Data may be used for the following purposes:

  • providing the calculation features;
  • displaying the requested results;
  • backing up or synchronising certain data where the feature exists;
  • creating and managing a user account;
  • managing subscriptions, purchases and access rights;
  • verifying payments;
  • providing user support;
  • improving the stability, security and performance of the applications;
  • preventing fraud, abuse and unauthorised use;
  • showing ads;
  • measuring ad performance;
  • respecting consent choices;
  • complying with our legal, tax, accounting or regulatory obligations.

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, processing may be based on the following legal bases:

  • performance of a contract, where processing is necessary to provide the application, the account, the requested features, subscriptions or support;
  • consent, in particular for certain personalised ads, certain advertising processing or certain notifications;
  • legitimate interest, in particular to ensure security, prevent fraud, improve the service, fix bugs or answer support requests;
  • legal obligation, in particular for retaining certain data related to payments, invoices, taxes, disputes or regulatory obligations.

17. Data sharing

Depending on the application and the features used, some data may be shared with technical providers or partners necessary for the operation of the service.

These providers may include:

  • Google AdMob, for advertising;
  • Google and its advertising partners, for the display, measurement and security of ads;
  • a CMP, for consent management;
  • RevenueCat, for purchases, subscriptions and access rights;
  • Apple App Store and Google Play, for in-app purchases or subscriptions through the stores;
  • Stripe, for certain payments or subscriptions;
  • Paddle, for certain payments or subscriptions;
  • Railway, Neon and Cloudflare, for hosting, the database, security or technical infrastructure;
  • support, hosting, security or technical analysis providers, where necessary.

We do not directly sell users’ personal data.

Data is shared only where necessary for the operation of the application, the provision of the service, the management of purchases, advertising, security, fraud prevention, support or compliance with legal obligations.

18. Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers used may be located outside the European Union or process data in countries outside the European Union.

Where necessary, these transfers are governed in accordance with the applicable rules, in particular through contractual clauses, security measures or other mechanisms recognised by the applicable regulations.

19. Data retention

The retention period depends on the type of data and the application used.

As a general rule:

  • local data remains on your device until it is deleted, the application data is cleared or the application is uninstalled;
  • account data is kept while the account is active, then for a reasonable period necessary for security, support or legal obligations;
  • history data is kept while the feature is used, or until the user deletes it where this option exists;
  • support data is kept for the time needed to handle the request, then for a reasonable period in case of follow-up, dispute or legal obligation;
  • purchase, subscription, billing and transaction data may be kept longer to comply with accounting, tax, anti-fraud and legal obligations;
  • consent choices may be kept in order to respect your preferences;
  • data processed by third-party providers is kept according to their own retention policies.

20. Deleting data

Depending on the application, you can delete certain data:

  • by clearing the application data from your device settings;
  • by uninstalling the application;
  • by deleting the history from within the application, where this feature exists;
  • by deleting your account, where the application offers a user account;
  • by contacting us at contact@manage-ads.com.

For data related to payments, subscriptions, invoices, refunds or legal obligations, some information may be kept for the period necessary to comply with accounting, tax and legal obligations or to handle disputes.

For data processed by Google, Apple, RevenueCat, Stripe, Paddle or other providers, you can also exercise your rights directly with the provider concerned, under its own procedures.

21. Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

These measures may include:

  • use of secure connections;
  • restricted access to data;
  • hosting with recognised providers;
  • authentication mechanisms where accounts exist;
  • technical logging to detect errors or abuse;
  • protection against certain fraudulent or malicious uses.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security, but we make our best efforts to protect the data processed.

22. Children

The applications published by CHOSSIERE Loic are not specifically intended for children.

We do not knowingly seek to collect personal data about children.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a child has sent us personal data, you can contact us at contact@manage-ads.com so that we can take appropriate action.

If an application is later specifically intended for children or included in a family programme, this policy will have to be adapted, and advertising, analytics and data collection services will have to be configured in accordance with the applicable rules.

23. Your rights

Depending on your country or region of residence, you may have rights over your personal data, in particular:

  • the right of access;
  • the right to rectification;
  • the right to erasure;
  • the right to object;
  • the right to restriction of processing;
  • the right to data portability;
  • the right to withdraw your consent where processing is based on it;
  • the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.

To exercise your rights over data processed directly by CHOSSIERE Loic, you can contact us at:

contact@manage-ads.com

If you live in the European Union, you can also contact the competent data protection authority in your country. In France, this is the CNIL.

24. Advertising settings and privacy choices

You can manage certain advertising settings directly from your device.

On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising identifier from your device’s Google settings, depending on the Android version used.

On iOS, you can manage tracking permissions from your device’s privacy settings. If an application asks for tracking permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency system, you can accept or refuse the request and change your choice later in the iOS settings.

These settings may affect the personalisation of the ads shown in the applications.

The applications may contain links to external websites, services or pages, for example to manage a subscription, read a privacy policy, contact support or make a payment.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We invite you to read their privacy policies before sending them any data.

26. Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may be updated to take into account:

  • new applications;
  • new features;
  • new third-party services;
  • technical changes;
  • changes to platform rules;
  • legal or regulatory developments.

The date shown at the top of this page identifies the most recent version.
