Privacy policy

Updated September 24, 2026

This policy explains what personal data the website loicchossiere.fr processes, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights.

Data controller

Loïc Chossière, sole proprietor

Email: contact@loicchossiere.fr

What the website does not do

  • No audience measurement tool.
  • No advertising or tracking cookies.
  • No third-party content that would follow you from one website to another: fonts, scripts and videos are served by the website itself.

Reading the website sets no cookie at all. The language of a page comes from its address, not from a cookie.

The contact form

When you write to Loïc from the Contact page, the website records:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • your message;
  • the language of the page, so that he can reply in the same one.

Purpose: replying to your message.

Legal basis: Loïc’s legitimate interest in replying to people who contact him, and the pre-contractual steps taken at your request when your message concerns a service.

Protection against bots: the form contains an invisible field and rejects a submission sent too quickly. These checks use no cookie, no third-party service and no captcha, and keep nothing beyond your message.

Retention: three years from the date the message is received. An automatic task deletes older messages every night.

Recipient: Loïc Chossière alone. Messages are stored in the website’s content management tool, hosted by Railway (see below).

Technical logs

The website keeps no log of visits. Its error and event logs contain neither your name, nor your email address, nor the text of your message, nor your IP address.

The host may also log the requests it receives, including IP addresses, for the security and proper operation of its service, under its own policy.

Hosting and transfers

The website and its data are hosted by Railway Corporation, in its EU West region, in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Railway Corporation is a company established in the United States. Its data processing agreement governs any transfer outside the European Union: through the EU–US Data Privacy Framework when the recipient is certified under it, and otherwise through the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Upcoming services

Three services are not yet offered: the AI pre-diagnosis, online booking, and the email that notifies Loïc of each message received. This policy will describe the data they process, and name their providers, before they go live.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, the restriction of its processing or its portability, and you may object to its processing.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@loicchossiere.fr. You will receive a reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, at cnil.fr.

Changes

This policy may change, in particular when a new service arrives on the website. The update date shown at the top of the page identifies the version in force.
