Building an AI system

€2000 to €10000, VAT not applicable

6 to 12 weeks, per project

From drafting the process to its deployment and launch. The range depends on the number of integrations and the level of regulatory constraints.

  • Written architecture: models, costs, latency, data
  • Business skills, sourced RAG, agents, API / MCP integrations
  • Human validation points where it matters
  • Before/after measurement and a gain dashboard
  • Documentation and handover to one person on your side

Payment in three milestones. The last one is tied to going live.

Track 03

Embedded AI partner

€6,000 to €12,000 per month, VAT not applicable

1 to 2 days a week, 3 months minimum

For companies with more than one process to rework that want to build the skill in-house rather than outsource it forever.

The three questions that always come up.

What if the numbers do not add up?

I tell you at the end of Track 01, with the figures. You keep the mapping, and you do not spend €30,000 automating a process that costs €4,000 a year.

Can our data leave the company?

It is an architecture decision, made at step 05 and written down: what stays with you, what goes to a model, with what retention and what traceability. Strict constraints can be handled; they only change the choice of building blocks.

What remains when you leave?

The system in production, its documentation, the architecture decisions explained, and at least one person on your side able to evolve it. I do not sell dependency.
